The reception application is a tool prepared for the event organiser. It is a logistical support that allows you to streamline the processes involved in serving participants on site.

The reception application has the following functionalities:

  • verification of arrivals manually (it is enough for the participant to enter their details) or after scanning a QR code (printed, shared by email or in the mobile app),
  • statistics,
  • access to data from the registration form,
  • gives the possibility to add comments to the list of people so that a specific action can be taken during or after the event, e.g. to issue an invoice.
  • checking attendance
  • marking actions (e.g. issuing headphones for interpretation, entering the coach, issuing meals, etc.).

All this is possible because the mobile app includes a CODE SKANER (QR, barcode) which:

firstly serves for the express check-in of the event participant at the reception,
and, secondly, is used for the day-to-day handling of participants during the event.

Example?

A participant wants to borrow equipment, e.g. for interpreting. He or she must then apply to the organiser, who is able to document the action using the mobile app. All he has to do is select the relevant menu item, scan the participant's code and he can safely issue the necessary accessories. This is made possible by the fact that our specialists define, prior to the event, in the administration panel of the mobile app, the proposed actions that can happen.

Modern technology reduces the service time for a single participant as much as possible. This increases the quality of the service provided and ultimately contributes to a positive evaluation of the event itself.
